Payments

Payment is preferred by Pay pal.  Any other form must be approved prior to bidding or Store purchasing. We encourage all our customers to take advantage of our multiple item shipping discounts. For multiple purchases, please pay invoice totals within 7 days.  Please inform us by e mail, prior to bidding or purchasing store items, if you intend to pay later than our 7 day policy

Combined invoices with shipping discounts will be automatically generated every weekend for all our customers. Kindly disregard this invoice if you have not completed your shopping.

If you have multiple items and would like to pay before you receive your automatically generated invoice or you would like to add a new purchase to your existing invoice, kindly send us an email requesting a combined invoice and we will gladly prepare it for you.

Shipping and Handling

 FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders over $200.00 within the USA.  FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on ALL orders over $750.00.  That’s right FREE Priority shipping with delivery conformation in the USA on orders of $200.00 or more  and FREE Express shipping with tracking for our International customers on orders of $750.00us or more.

Our shipping department operates from Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST. Shipping and handling costs are $3.00 within the USA for the first item and $0.50 for each additional item**. Canada Shipping and handling cost is $4.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item**.  International shipping and handling costs are $7.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item**.

**Additional items are described as individual store purchases or auctions, not each piece within the purchase.

Our shipping and handling time is generally 3 business days after we receive payment.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Nepalese Beads is and will NOT be responsible for undelivered or lost International shipments via USPS first class mail. We strongly urge all our International Customers to use USPS Express mail with tracking. For Express Shipping with tracking number, please request a new invoice with Express shipping included. I will gladly prepare your new invoice for you. By continuing with your checkout, and choosing USPS first class mail delivery, you agree to these terms and will not hold Nepalese Beads responsible for lost or undelivered International Packages. No sale is too small for excellent customer service. If for any reason you feel you cannot leave a Positive 5 star feedback, Please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do whatever it takes for complete satisfaction!

Return or Replacement Policy:

All customers may return any purchase within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase. Please include a note with the item ID# and your E bay ID# or a copy of the packing slip. Tell us if you would like a replacement or a full refund. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Back orders or unavailable items:

Most all of our items at Nepalese Beads are Handmade in Nepal by micro artisans and are not mass produced. Occasionally, we find defective items when we are packaging them for shipment, in these cases we are unable to fulfill the order, we will e mail you and give you the option to have the item back ordered or have you select another item of similar price for replacement.  If the item cannot be back ordered, then you will have the same option of replacement or a full refund.
